So many times I have started to blog and stopped. Started. Stopped. I've had moments when I really wanted to blog, like when I watched Julie&Julia. You would have thought that movie would make me want to cook, but no, it made me want to blog. And eat butter.
I've also had moments when I was glad I wasn't a blogger or as I like to put it "one of those". Clearly, the wanting to blog moments have won, and here's why: to help me remember. Some days I look around me and cannot believe that I get to live this charmed life. I don't have to set my alarm, I can stay up late if I want to, I can go anywhere I want any time I want (with the exclusion of the sacred time of day called "nap time"), I get to be home with my kids. What a precious, wonderful gift.
Although I don't want to remember every single moment, like the diaper I changed earlier, that would be best forgotten if possible, I do want to remember snippets of time while my kids are small that I can recall later in life and enjoy once again.
I will do my best, but cannot guarantee that you will not find a grammatical error or spelling error, I cannot guarantee that you will be entertained. I can only guarantee that you will hear alot about my kids. Because, basically, they are all that fill up my time in between dreams.
Hate to be the first to comment.... :/ Anyway, your reason to blog is a great one. That's why I keep one. It's good to see where you've been, and to remember.
ReplyDeleteI was hesitant to blog too, but I'm glad I am. I can't remember anything! I'm excited to read yours and you are always entertaining!
ReplyDeleteLove ya!

I love the name of your blog. And here I am I've been trying to think of a catchy name that I like for mine for probably about 2 years and I still don't have one. haha But, you just have a way with words, so can't wait to see what's happening between dreams.
